Berrigan Shire Council Business Awards – 16th April 2008

The awards were held at the Barooga Sports Club in front of 170 people. The awards recognised several people and business organisation for their contribution to the community in the workplace. Among the awards was the Workplacement Student of the Year.

This year the award went to Shaun Kable of Finley High School who completed his work placement at Ashley Haynes Butchery. We would like to congratulate all the nominees for 2007 and the employers who took the time to submit the nominations. Big congratulations to Shaun Kable from Youth Career Services.
